| THE PROCEDURE:

- Schedule to have your flowers
picked up locally.
- Pay a $75.00 non-refundable deposit
or pay for your selection in full online, or by phone
(801) 347-4900, or mail: Floral Keepsake Collection
P.O. Box 1072 Bountiful, Utah 84011. We cannot begin
preservation without a deposit.
- Keep your flowers cool,
refrigerated if possible (not frozen) and hydrated until we
receive them.
- If you have not pre-scheduled
for your preservation you will need to
act quickly since it is best we receive the flowers no later than
3-4 days after the event. Sooner is always better. If you are
unsure if it is too late, please call
(801) 347-4900.
- Once we have your flowers, you
have 3 weeks to make your decision on the display. Our
designers will be happy to advise you on what will work best. Once the display decision is made the
balance is due on your order.

| Do I need to select a
display now?
|
| No, you are not required to make a decision on which frame or display style you want when we receive your flowers.
We can pick up your flowers and get them in the preservation
process. During the drying time you can make you final selections. |
| How long does floral
preservation take?
|
| Please allow approximately 12 to 16 weeks for the
completion. This processing time includes floral preservation, ordering and receiving the display piece, and design. However, due to variables involved in processing, Floral Keepsake Collection reserves the right to extend this time frame as needed to provide you with a quality product. |
| What is the process for
preserving my flowers?
|
| The bouquet is photographed, inventoried, and dismantled. We save all ribbon or other non-floral items so they can be included during re-design. Each flower is hydrated and treated separately with a special solution (depending on flower type and color). We then freeze your flowers at 10
degrees below zero 14 days prior to loading into a specialize, stainless steel, vacuum freeze dry chamber (See
Why Freeze-Dry). The flowers remain in the freeze dryer for about 14 days. During this period the water is removed from the flowers, while retaining the shape and color. Each flower is then sealed with a unique post-treatment to protect them from fading and re-absorbing moisture. Your flowers are then re-designed into the display of your choice. Our process retains the natural color and shape of your flowers. |
| Do flowers change color
and can all flowers be preserved?
|
| The age and the condition of the flowers at the time we receive them plays a role in how well they preserve. Please let your florist know that you will be preserving your
flowers and ask that they use as little wire as possible be used in the design. The fresher your flowers, the better. Preservation will produce a slight color
change. White flowers will become creamy and some colors, especially red flowers, will darken. Some damage may occur to a few bouquet flowers during the wedding and,
may need replacement . Some flowers like daisies, chrysanthemums, dahlias, and bouvardia may not freeze dry successfully. All other flowers, including orchids, tulip, lilies, calla lilies, and other traditional wedding flowers preserve well. If you have questions about your flower choices, please contact us. |
| Is all preservation the
same?

| Proper floral freeze-drying doesn't produce flowers that are brittle and lifeless, as traditional drying methods do. There are very few experts in this industry because the equipment is expensive, requires extensive training to operate, and knowledge about flowers and floral design is imperative.

| How do I receive my
flowers when the keepsake is complete?
|
| You may schedule to pick up your keepsake during business hours or have it delivered
along the Wasatch Front for a nominal fee. We currently do not offer shipping. |
| How long will my flowers
last?
|
| Like other items of great value, you must do your part
to take care of your keepsake. Place it away from
moisture, heat and direct sunlight. |

| TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:

| Your order serves as your consent to allow Floral Keepsake Collection designers to create your keepsake
using their best judgment and discretion based on your selections. Flowers not used in design will become the property of Floral Keepsake Collection. Because keepsake creation is custom work, all sales are final. Once your keepsake has been completed and delivered, any changes or alterations you desire shall be charged to you including the cost of materials, labor and delivery.
The condition of the flowers affects the quality of your keepsake. Therefore, Floral Keepsake Collection will
not assume liability for any damages to your flowers prior to their arrival at our facility.
Since your bouquet or arrangement has probably experienced some wear by the time it is received by Floral Keepsake Collection some flowers may require replacement.
Floral Keepsake Collection reserves the right to replace flowers and greenery as necessary.
When you place your order, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin processing your flowers. Orders cancelled after the flowers have been received will be subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit. Each keepsake order must be confirmed via telephone with a Floral Keepsake Collection designer.
The balance of your account is due in full at the time the display is ordered. An order is requested within 3 weeks following notification of drying being complete. Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge.
Your keepsake should be completed within 12 to 16 weeks
barring unforeseen delays in production and design.
Due to limited storage space, Floral Keepsake Collection requests that arrangements be made for your finished flowers to be picked up within 2 weeks of being notified of their completion. If you have not picked up your flowers after 90 days,
they will become property of Floral Keepsake Collection.
Floral Keepsake Collection's liability is limited to 100% of keepsake cost paid.
